Here is a listing of some of the additional items we can provide for your event. If you don't find what you need, just ask!

Plates, silverware and glassware
Our menus include disposable plates, cups and utensils.  We have made it easy to upgrade to glassware, china, silverware with our all-inclusive package which includes any plates, bowls, glasses and silverware you may need for your event.
 Service fee applies to each order.

All-Inclusive Package - $2.50 per person
Includes any items your event would require including our basic selection of plates, bowls, glassware, coffee cups, champagne flutes &

Individual rental items
Recommended if you only need a few items.

    ● Basic plates and bowls, all sizes - $0.40 ea
    ● Premium white china with silver or gold trim, all sizes $0.55 each, rented in counts of 12.

Cups & Glassware
    ● Basic glassware, coffee cups and champagne flutes, all sizes - $0.25 ea
    ● Premium stemware, glasses & coffee cups - $0.45 each, rented in counts of 24.

    ● Basic stainless steel flatware, all types - $0.20 each
    ● Premium stainless steel flatware, all types - $0.40 each, rented in groups of 10.

All off-premise events come with white tablecloths for the buffet and beverage tables.  For an additional rental fee, we offer tablecloths, overlays and napkins in your choice of colors.  We can also try to match your specific colors or designs at a premium rate.  Service fee applies to each order.

    ● 71"x71" - $10.00 and up
    ● 85"x85"  - $10.00 and up
    ● 90" round - $18.75 and up
    ● 120" round - $25.00 and up
    ● 54"x120" - $12.50 and up
    ● 90"x156" - $25.00 and up

We have a large group of staff we can send your way including:

    ● Setup Staff ($15/hr)   
    ● D
ishwashers ($15/hr)

artenders ($20/hr)
    ● Wait Staff ($20/hr)
    ● Chefs ($25/hr)
    ● Event Managers ($25/hr)

We will start billing one hour before and end one hour after your event for setup and breakdown.  All staff require a four hour minimum.

Staffed events may need a designated work space (garage or small room) for staging area, equipment storage and trash maintenance.

Delivery & Setup Fee

This fee is added to every Off-Premise event and Includes delivery and setup of your food within the Triangle area.  Unless there is staffing, we will return at a specified time to pick up our equipment.

This fee includes any disposables you might need to serve/eat your food including plates, utensils, cups and napkins.  White tablecloths needed to cover your buffet are also included.  

Additional delivery fees may apply depending on your distance from our location and will be discussed at time of booking.

Rental Service Fee

We use a third party rental company for
most rented items.  A service fee of $100 for each delivery will be added to your final bill.  This extra fee covers the service, delivery, tax and insurance for each rental delivery.
