off-premise catering, the menu price includes disposables and food/beverage
table linen. Bartenders (required if alcohol is served) are billed at an hourly rate of $20.00
(minimum of four hours). We will start billing one hour before and end one hour
after your event for setup and breakdown.

We will start billing one hour before and end one hour after your event for setup and breakdown. Bartenders will show up dressed and ready to work with bar tools only.
