Holiday Menus

These menus are available from November 1 until December 31, 2010.

Book early and save! Holiday events added to our calender by November 1, 2010 will get free delivery to the Triangle, NC area. A $50 value!

All holiday menus include high-quality disposables, food & beverage table linens and chafers & food displays. Staffing, equipment and rental items are available and delivery fees may apply. Prices quoted include a discount from our regular prices.  Substitutions might incur an additional charge.


Holiday Season Light HD Menu

Thai Vegetable Spring Rolls
Rice-paper wrappers filled with lettuce, mint, cilantro, carrots, sprouts & cucumber.  With chile dip on the side

Sherried Crab Dip and Croutons 
Chunks of crab backfin and claw meat mixed held together with a light cream cheese and sherry mixture.  Served with homemade croutons for dipping

Carved Tenderloin of Beef
Roasted medium rare tenderloin of beef, served with a side of horseradish sauce, coarse ground mustard and sliced rolls

Seasonal Fruit Display
Cubed cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, grapes, strawberries and other seasonal fruit, arranged on platters and stands

Baked Brie
Creamy brie cheese topped with your choice of chutney, apricot or raspberry filling and wrapped in puff pastry served with a selection of fresh mixed berries and fancy crackers

Mixed Spiced Nuts
An assortment of pecans, walnuts and peanuts with sugar, spice and everything nice

Christmas Trifle
A fruity concoction of layered pound cake, custard, fresh berries and sliced fruit, and whipped cream.  A definite crowd pleaser!  

Bubbily Fruit Punch
This non-alcoholic punch has orange, pineapple, and apple juices gently mixed with ginger ale and served iced

Creamy brie cheese topped with your choice of chutney, apricot or raspberry filling and wrapped in puff pastry served with a selection of fresh mixed berries and fancy crackers

Sliced Tenderloin Crostini
Thinly sliced and toasted baguette with herbed butter and rosemary roasted tenderloin

Cold Salad Station
Assorted pre-tossed salads for easy service including Caesar, curried lentil salad, fruit toss, Asian sesame-vegetable salad, and our favorite - baby greens tossed with apples, cranberries, blue cheese & champagne vinaigrette. Station is finished off with baskets of sliced breads and breadsticks

Shrimp & Grits
A Southern favorite of sautéed shrimp, vegetables, fresh herbs and spices served over creamy cheddar grits

Carved & Displayed Glazed Ham
A baked sweet glazed ham, served with mustards, brandy butter & rolls

Christmas Trifle

Mini French Pastries

Apple cider simmered with cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon

Gourmet Coffee Station
Fresh specialty coffees and assorted herbal teas, complimented with cinnamon, vanilla sugar, cocoa, honey, chocolate shavings, hazelnut syrup and whip cream
