Book early and save! Holiday events added to our calender by November 1, 2010 will get free delivery to the Triangle, NC area. A $50 value!
All holiday menus include high-quality disposables, food & beverage table linens and chafers & food displays. Staffing, equipment and rental items are available and delivery fees may apply. Prices quoted include a discount from
our regular prices. Substitutions might incur an additional charge.

Thai Vegetable Spring
Rolls
Rice-paper wrappers filled with lettuce, mint, cilantro,
carrots, sprouts & cucumber. With chile dip on the side
Sherried Crab Dip
and Croutons
Chunks of crab backfin and claw meat mixed held
together with a light cream cheese and sherry mixture. Served with homemade
croutons for dipping
Carved Tenderloin of
Beef
Roasted medium rare tenderloin of beef, served with
a side of horseradish sauce, coarse ground mustard
and sliced rolls
