Shipping and Returns

I live in the Triangle, NC area. Can I pick up locally?

We are not set up for local pickup at this time. The tins are packed in a facility that is not convenient for pickup orders. We do attend local craft fairs and farmers market throughout the year. When that occurs, you can place orders online and pick up, or buy from the booth directly. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will know what local events are planned.

What are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

We try to keep the rates as reasonable as possible, and you should receive your package in about 2-5 days. Refill pouches and some packages will ship for free with USPS First Class or Priority Mail and should arrive in 2-5 days. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable.

$50.01 and Up	$ 9.00	USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 Days

within the United States.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
