Our Turkish bay leaves can be used in soups, stews, meat, seafood, and vegetable dishes. The leaves are most often used whole and removed before serving. Many leaves are not in perfect condition and might be bent or broken to fit into tin.

Favorite dishes using Bay Leaf: Gumbo, Cornbread Stuffing, Black Bean Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup, Paella, Pork Adobo, Beef Bourguignonne.

Bay Leaves should keep their peak flavor for about one year.
